On Sunday the 18th May we headed off on a lovely afternoon SUP trip up the River Adur in Shoreham.
The sun was shining, the wind was light and the tide was high – perfect!
10 Lagoon Members gathered for the cruise along the Adur on their SUP’s, which is a gentle paddle with the tide up to The Kings Head Pub in Upper Beeding approximately 4 miles away, after a chat in the sun and a pint (orange juice and lemonade) we made our way back to Shoreham with a slight headwind.
A great day out and brilliant to see so many people on the water!
